Terms of service

Terms and Conditions (UK Version)

1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contracting Party The purchase agreement is concluded with:

  • Address: 137 Saint Albans Avenue, London, W4 5JT, United Kingdom

  • Email: contact@outlet-limited.store

  • Phone: +44 20 87 47 47 12

3. Offers and Contract Formation The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitation to treat). By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by email immediately after submission and does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is only concluded when we expressly confirm your order dispatch or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Delivery Charges All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to placing your order.

5. Delivery Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are indicative and non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Payment The following payment methods may be available depending on availability:

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout

Payment is processed immediately upon placing your order or confirming the transaction.

7. Statutory Right of Cancellation & Returns Consumers are entitled to statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details regarding withdrawal rights, returns, and refunds can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Retention of Title Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty & Statutory Rights Statutory consumer rights apply in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

10. Liability We are fully liable for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of England and Wales. For other losses, our liability is limited to foreseeable losses arising as a direct result of our breach of contract. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profits, or indirect losses.

11. Dispute Resolution If you have a complaint, please contact us directly at contact@outlet-limited.store so we can resolve the matter promptly.

12. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
